Este post es un poco distinto a los posts que he estado compartiendo con ustedes en los últimos meses, en esta ocasión en lugar de compartirles reflexiones varias acerca de diversos temas, quisiera compartirles algunas novedades de cómo van las cosas con respecto al viaje de misiones a África.
A esta instancia ya estoy a casi dos meses de empezar el viaje, ¡wow, falta muy poco tiempo! Y bueno en estos últimos meses he estado trabajando en el levantamiento de fondos necesarios para el viaje, conectando con personas, compartiendo contenido en el blog, y trabajando en trámites necesarios para el viaje, y de hecho ahorita me encuentro en un trámite de visa importante y determinante para poder seguir adelante con el viaje.
Como algunos saben, mi camino hacia este viaje no ha sido sencillo, han habido luchas, desafíos y dificultades de por medio, pero Dios en Su gracia y amor me ha permitido avanzar hasta aquí y ha sido bueno y fiel para conmigo en cada momento, y si bien ha sido un camino con luchas, desafíos, y dificultades, también ha sido escenario para muchas enseñanzas, palabras, y victorias de Dios a mi vida. ¡Gracias a Dios por eso!
El viaje empezaría el 15 de enero en Estados Unidos, allí estaré recibiendo un entrenamiento con Adventures in Missions previo al viaje hacia África, y posterior a eso tendrá lugar el lanzamiento oficial del viaje allí mismo en Estados Unidos, es decir, todos los que estamos participando en este viaje nos reuniremos en Estados Unidos y juntos partiremos de allí hacia África.
Por ahora sigo confiando en Dios por este viaje de misiones, y estoy segura que Dios puede hacer este viaje posible porque absolutamente nada es imposible para Él, pero aún estoy a la expectativa de lo que Él hará ya que aún hay desafíos grandes por delante que solamente en Él podrán ser superados para llevar a cabo el viaje. Si se tratara solamente de mí creo que quizás ahorita no seguiría avanzando hacia este viaje y hubiera dirigido mi vida hacia otra dirección quizás, por lo enormemente desafiante e imposible que a veces parecer ser este viaje para mí, pero cuando lo miro a Él y entiendo que la realización de este viaje no se trata de mí sino de Él, he logrado seguir avanzando y lo sigo haciendo, porque Él es el que todo lo puede, Él es el que no tiene limitaciones, y Él es mi Dios fuerte, bueno y fiel que me ama, y que va conmigo y delante de mí en esto. ¡A Él toda la gloria en esta aventura de fe junto a Él!

– Por la provisión de Dios en cada gasto y costo con respecto a este viaje de misiones.
– Por la ayuda de Dios en cada desafío aún por delante para poder llevar a cabo este viaje de misiones.
– Por la intervención de Dios en el trámite de la visa a la cual estoy aplicando actualmente y que necesito sea aprobada para poder continuar con el viaje.
– Por fuerzas, ánimos, paz y dirección de Dios mientras sigo avanzando hacia este viaje de misiones.
– Por el cuidado, protección, y ayuda de Dios hacia mi familia.
– Por Ecuador, y el alto índice de violencia y crímenes que se ha registrado a lo largo de este año. Que la gracia, misericordia, ayuda, y paz de Dios sea con las familias de Ecuador.
Y si hay algo en lo que puedo estar orando por ti, por favor no dudes en hacerme saber, me encantaría poder estar orando por ti también 🙂

This post is a little different from the posts that I’ve been sharing with you in the last months, in this time instead of sharing reflections about different things I would like to share some news about how things are going regarding the mission trip to Africa.
Today I’m almost two months away from starting the trip! Wow, very little time left! In the last months I’ve been working on the fundraising for this trip, connecting with people, sharing content on the blog, and working on the necessary paperwork for the trip, in fact right now I’m in an important visa application process to be able to keep moving forward with this trip.
As some of you know, the path towards this trip has not been easy for me, there have been struggles, challenges and difficulties through this, but God in His grace and love has helped me in each one of them and He has been good and faithful to me at every moment, and although it has been a path with struggles, challenges, and difficulties, it has also been the stage for many teachings, words, and victories from God to my life. Thank God for that!
The trip would begin on January 15th in the United States, there I’ll be receiving some training with Adventures in Missions prior to depart to Africa, and after the training is completed we will depart from the United States to Africa.
For now I keep trusting God for this mission trip, and I’m sure that God can make this trip possible because absolutely nothing is impossible for Him, but I’m still in expectation for what He will do since there are still great challenges ahead that only in Him they can be overcome to carry out this trip. If this trip were just about me I think maybe right now I wouldn’t keep moving forward on this because it seems sometimes just impossible for me, but when I look at Him and I understand that the realization of this trip is not about me but about Him, I’ve find the way and strengh to keep moving forward and I keep doing that right now because He is the one who can do everything, He is the one who has no limitations, and He is my strong, good and faithful God who loves me, and who goes with me in this adventure. To Him all the glory in this adventure of faith with Him!

– For Ecuador, and the high rate of violence and crime that has been recorded throughout this year. May the grace, mercy, help, and peace of God be with the families of Ecuador.
